How do I receive my ticket?
Your ticket is sent to the email you enter during checkout. Check your inbox for a pdf with a unique QR code that event organisers scan at points of entry.
Tip: Keep your QR code private to avoid ticket fraud.
Do I get a receipt for my ticket order?
Order receipt and related details are sent the email address of the ticket purchaser.
Tip: crosscheck that you have entered the correct email address to avoid delays in ticket order processing.
Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?
All ticket sales are final. In the event of an event cancellation or postponement , ticket holders should be guided by messaging available through the event organiser’s communication channels. Refunds are processed by directive or event organizer.
Tip: If change of plans on your end, its always easier and faster for you to find someone else that would be willing to buy your ticket and our team is more than happy to assist you if you need help with the transfer. There is usually someone looking to buy a ticket 😉
